# Phase 3: Cross-Chain Synapse and Institutional Integration

As the DeFi landscape shifts toward a multi-chain reality, AutonOS will deploy its **Cross-Chain Synapse** protocol. This will allow Kernel Agents to operate seamlessly across Layer 2 environments (Arbitrum, Optimism, Base) and alternative Layer 1s, managing capital through a unified interface. A "Yield Hunter" agent will be able to detect a debt-rebalance opportunity on Ethereum and execute the collateral move on an L2 in a single, coordinated intent-loop.

Simultaneously, we will release the **Institutional API Layer**. This sub-infrastructure is designed for hedge funds and treasury managers who require high-throughput access to the AutonOS Kernel, integrated with traditional compliance and reporting tools. This phase represents the professionalization of agent-driven execution.
