# Phase 1: The Initialization (Current State)

The primary objective of the Initialization phase is the establishment of the **Sovereign Execution Layer (SEL)** on Ethereum Mainnet. This period focuses on infrastructure hardening and the deployment of the foundational $AUTON utility framework. During this phase, the core development team oversees the security of the "Reference Kernels," ensuring that the first wave of autonomous agents operates with zero unauthorized variance.

Key milestones include the completion of comprehensive audits for the Smart Container environment and the launch of the **Genesis Node Program**, allowing early participants to stake $AUTON and initialize the first high-performance execution nodes. The focus remains on "Conservative Yield" and "Stablecoin Management" to demonstrate the reliability of the policy engine.
